How To Raise A Requisition in Agresso
Although you might have been trained by your Agresso team or colleagues on how to raise requisitions in Agresso if it is not something you do often you might need a refresher.
Make sure you have the Supplier and WorkOrder you will need before starting to raise your requisition. If you enter the wrong information at this stage click on Clear (at the bottom of the page) and start again.
For that please check the tips below:
- First login in to your Agresso account and then select Procurement
- Now select Requisitions - Standard
- On the supplier field search you can enter the supplier's name (or another information like post code, part of address, town), click search and it should come up, if registered in Agresso.
- For requisitions details you will be asked to insert the product code, a description (it is not recommended to use the default one), the delivery date, the quantity and the amount.
- Currency should be the one that was requested on the supplier form. It usually can only be changed when requesting to the Account Payable team. If in doubt contact your AP team and they will advise you on that.
- Product Text: Add the information you want to be shown on the Purchase Order once it has been signed off in the workflow.
- Save the requisition
- A message will come up to say if it was sucessful and to give you the reference number for your requisition.
PS: Everytime you talk to a member of the Agresso team about a requisition or expense it will save time for the both of you if you always send them your reference number. If you do not know what is your requisition number or expense number send any reference number, work order, supplier ID, total amount, etc. related to the expense claim or requisition that you may have and the team will be able to look in to your query much quicker.
