Changing Your Date Format

When using Unit4 Web does your dates appear in the US date format?

 

If so, that's because your laptop is defaulted with the US date format.

 

To change it is pretty simple, see step by step below: 

·         Go to your browser's settings

·         Then choose option "Languages"

·         Select "Add Languages"

·         Type in "English (United Kingdom)", or the one you use; tick the box for that one and click "Add"

·         Now by clicking on the three dots for that language added check if it is displaying as your browser main language.

Close your Unit4 Web page and re-open so the changes can be applied.

 


PS: Instructions above is for Microsoft Edge but if you are using another browser the steps are going to be the same or at least very similar to the above.

What Is An Account Code In Agresso?

You will need to use an Account Code for somethings in Agresso, like setting up your expenses, a requisition, etc. Account Code is a four digit numerical code for an Cost or  Income  item.  For example:    1100  Miscellaneous Income                                  4000   Miscellaneous Expenditure Tip: Your team members or your Line Manager can give you the list of Account Codes their use. Do not be afraid in asking them this information as it will be necessary for you to raise your item in Agresso against the right Account Code and there will be some Account Codes you will not have the rights to use.
